We finished our meal with a sample of Bread Pudding and a Coconut Ball which we both took one bite of and set asside. I'll just say, for my taste we won't be attending the Thanksgiving Buffet. ![]() I returned to the buffet for more red beans/rice and to 'sample' the cornbread dressing & sweet potatoes in contemplation of an option for Thanksgiving if I opted not to cook. The red bean/rice were very good and potato salad appropriate for a buffet. The porkchop had no flavor, the ribs well seasoned as were the turnip greens, yet would have been more enjoyable if served warmer. For my plate, I chose one rib, a grilled pork chop, red beans and rice along with turnip greens. With ribs and ham freshly carved and on his plate I added potato salad, turnip greens, red beans w/sausage and rolls. At the smokehouse station the chef was bringing out a fresh ham and several racks of ribs.just what I knew would satisfy my husband's taste buds. The buffet selection include stations for Italian, Asian, Mexican, Southern Homestyle, Smokehouse, Salad bar and a Dessert station. ![]() The dining area is spacious and bufettappears well appointed for a weekday. ![]() Buffets are not my first choice for dining but I found myself downtown, short on time and wanting a meal with an entree' and vegetables so this buffet came to mind.
